From a laser measure of your cabinetry to CNC machining (computer numeric control), our San Diego countertop fabrication is as precise as the latest technology will allow. Through this process your carefully selected slabs are fabricated to insure a virtually seamless fit with exacting detail.

 We laser template your countertop then download the information into our production computer.  The digital drawing is manipulated to add overhangs, radius's, sinks, etc.  Once the drawing is finalized it is imported into a software program called Slabsmith.  Slabsmith allows us to use calibrated high resolution photographs to nest the digital autocad drawings onto the slabs.  Once the countertop drawing is nested onto the slabs, we can send you a photograph by e-mail of the countertop layout on the slabs (see demonstration below).
